What do you know?

What is the most efficient way of electrical conduction? What is cryo-electron microscopy? Now I'm even compelled to ask: who is Chinua Achebe. African teens have the craving to  use social media platforms ranging from Facebook to Instagram; can easily recall the irrelevant and internet banalities their friends post but have not the desire to know the important breakthroughs that are shaping the world of science and technology. They use these technological 'come-outs'. But have not sat to ask the big questions. How were these things made?
It is quite sad that in other countries these  teens are the minds behind these social apps use. It is not right for us to sit idle. It is time the african youth became acquainted with these things and brought their own inventions.
